Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong programming skills in Java or Python
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG).
  • Deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies.

Education and Work Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
    4-6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains test automation frameworks.
  • Leads test automation efforts for projects.
  • Provides technical guidance to the team.
  • Researches and evaluates new testing tools and technologies.
  • Drives process improvements and best practices.
